In accordance with the decision of Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated 26 December 2023 “On the Requirements for Disclosure by Credit organizations (the parent credit organizations of the banking groups) of Reporting and Information in 2024" the PJSC Bank Saint Petersburg did not disclose annual (interim) consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, starting from the financial statements for FY 2023 and ending with the financial statements as of October 1, 2024.
