Bank Saint Petersburg Announces the Supervisory Board Decisions

Bank Saint Petersburg announces that its Annual Report for FY 2020 was published on April 30, 2021, and is available to view on the Bank’s website at https://www.bspb.ru/en/investors/annual-reports/

On April 30, 2021, the Bank’s Supervisory Board meeting was held:

  • Joint Stock Company "Deloitte and Touche CIS" (“Deloitte”) was appointed as an auditor for 2021. Deloitte has been engaged to audit the consolidated financial statements under IFRS for the year ended December 31, 2021.
  • The Supervisory Board made the resolution on the withdrawal of Vladimir Skatin from the Management Board. Vladimir Skatin moves to the position of advisor to Mr. Pavel Filimonenok, the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, CEO. Mr. Skatin will continue to work at the Bank in the area of interaction with large corporate clients in Saint Petersburg and the regions of presence.
