Bank Saint Petersburg discussed 2020 plans

On March 4, 2020 The Supervisory Board of Bank Saint Petersburg discussed the stages and results of the Bank’s Strategy 2020 (2019 amendment), as well as reviewed the goals for corporate business and digitalization for 2020.

As per the amended Strategy 2020, the Bank will focus on active growth in lending to corporates, EXIM services development, online sales growth, active growth in Moscow region, as well as other regions of operation (incl. new representative offices in Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar).

The Supervisory Board approved the list of candidates to be elected to the Supervisory Board of PJSC Bank Saint Petersburg at the 2020 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting, including two new candidates – Yuri Levin (Professor & Stephen J.R. Smith Chair of Analytics; and Director, Scotiabank Centre for Customer Analytics) and Sergey Nazarov (member of Expert RA Board of Directors, Deputy CEO). The full list of nominees is as follows:

2020 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting will be held on May 27th, 2020. AGM cut-off date is May 2nd, 2020.
