Bank Saint Petersburg Announces Executive Changes

Agenda of the next Supervisory Board Meeting of Bank Saint Petersburg scheduled for July 14, 2016 will include changes in the Bank's senior management team.

Mr. Alexander Savelyev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, commented: "Mr. Vladislav Guz, current Chairman of the Management Board, has decided to resign from this position. I have known Mr. Guz for quite a while, our mutual understanding goes back a long way, and I respect his decision to focus on his own business projects. The Bank's achievements during the two years of his management speak for themselves: we firmly established ourselves as a market leader. I will resume executive management of the Bank as Chairman of the Management Board for the period of selection and approval of the new candidate to this position who will continue to promote our successful growth".

Supervisory Board members will review Mr. Guz's nomination to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of which he has been a member since 2014.

"For more than 20 years I have held various executive positions in banking, 12 of which were with Bank Saint Petersburg, including the last 2 years as its Management Board Chairman. I believe I did my absolute best as the Bank's senior executive: I was honoured to lead Russia's best private bank. Next year I will turn 50, and I have decided to apply all the experience and knowledge gained over these years to developing my own business projects which previously I was unable to do for lack of time. However, I will still be connected to Bank Saint Petersburg on the strategic level," said Mr. Guz.

Ms. Elena Ivannikova, currently the Deputy Chairperson of the Bank's Supervisory Board, will be nominated to become its Chairperson. Having joined Bank Saint Petersburg in 2001, Ms. Ivannikova held the positions of Deputy Chairperson and Chairperson of the Management Board, and has been a Supervisory Board member since 2005.
